Steak on the grill is fantastic, but it’s not always possible to get to the grill, especially in the winter. The air fryer can solve the problem. This air fry ribeye steak recipe is very simple. This Air Fried Beef Rib Eye can be delicious as well; the critical factor is the seasoning. These steaks are keto, low carb friendly, suitable for anyone who loves a healthy diet. Serve them with your favorite side dishes.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil

½ teaspoon kosher salt

½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 clove of garlic

1 sprig of fresh rosemary

3/4 tsp Low Sodium Steak Seasoning (optional)

Make sure the steak at room temperature. Season both sides of the steak with the olive oil first, then with the salt and black pepper. Smash the clove of garlic and the rosemary and add them to the steak. Cover and set aside.
One 8-16 oz beef rib eye steak
Directions
Season both sides of the steak with the spices. Then set aside to come up to room temperature. This ensures even cooking, and that it will cook in the times given.
Preheat the air fryer for 3 to 5 minutes at 390°. Make sure the air fryer basket is in there.
Quickly set the steak in the air fryer basket, and then quickly close the lid.
Cook a 1 inch thick 8 oz steak at 390° F for 9 minutes. Cook a 1.5 inch thick 16 oz steak for 12 minutes.
*Flip halfway through cook time. Thicker or thinner cuts of steak will require a time adjustment.
*Your model of air fryer may give you different results.
Take the temperature of the steak. Then move it to a plate, loosely tent it with foil, and let it rest for 8 minutes before you cut into it.

125°-130° F for Rare
130°-140° F for Medium-Rare
140°-150° F for Medium
150°-155° F for Medium-Well
