Bacon in the air fryer has to be one of the easiest and best recipes around. This air fryer bacon recipe uses maple syrup and brown sugar to candy the bacon, but if you like your bacon plain you can totally leave them out.

Ingredients
-
6 strips of thick-cut bacon
-
3 tablespoons brown sugar
-
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Directions
1 pound of good quality bacon.
Line the metal pan of the air fryer with aluminum foil and place it under the wire basket.
Preheat the air fryer @ “ROAST” to 390F/200C with “CONVECTION” function.
Spray the wire basket with cooking oil spray.
Place the bacon in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes. Turn the bacon over about half way through cooking.
Mix together the maple syrup and the brown sugar and brush the mixture onto the bacon.
Bake for 7 minutes, and turn the bacon over in the wire basket, brush again with the maple syrup/brown sugar mixture and bake for 7 more minutes.
Remove the bacon from the basket & serve immediately.
Now serve and enjoy!
